3E is an internationally leading expertise company active in all domains of renewable energy and energy efficiency. Within a team of technical experts in energy efficiency and renewable energy, your responsibility will be to:

Responsibilities:

General

• Manage projects: planning, technical realisation, coordination, cost control as well as relationships with clients, partners and suppliers
• Acquire projects and manage contacts with clients, partners and technology suppliers
• Combine leading project teams with proactive autonomous work & responsibilities

Technical

• Lead and argument the design, realisation and performance evaluation of innovative sustainable energy concepts in urban environments and related investment decisions
• Assist project developers and industrial clients in the realisation of ambitious energy concepts, from pre-design to post-commissioning and performance monitoring
• Conduct technical-economical assessments of applicable technologies and provide second opinions on projects
• Guide colleagues in the analysis and evaluation of existing energy concepts, techniques and building performances, as well as the development of improvement measures by use of dynamic simulation tools

• Trained as an architect or civil engineer in architecture or equivalent through experience
• Experienced in thermal building physics analysis by means of dynamic simulations
• Several years of experience in architectural projects (design and follow up of works) management in a technical environment
• Interested in in technical installations (engineering, maintenance and/or regulation of HVAC systems), energy efficiency and renewable energy projects
• Experienced in thermal building physics analysis by means of dynamic simulations is an asset
• Willing to travel abroad for short term missions
